On Tuesday we had a day filled with specialist appointments
Orthodontist - happy with Rebecca's teeth & the way they are coming through - only 1 coming in crooked - go back in 12 months
Speech therapist - very happy with Rebecca's speech, good language knowledge, mumbles a little, starting to string 2-3 word sentences together - reassess in Brisbane in 12 months, but continue with assessments locally
Cleft Palate Clinic - happy, no problem with Bec's surgery site - go back in 12 months
Dental Hygenist - Happy, gave Bec a new orange tooth brush - see them whenever we are at the hospital
Audiology - Impressed - showed Bec's grommets had fallen out & her hearing has greatly improved since test prior to grommets. her eardrums no longer "flatline" on the pressure test - go back in 6 months
ENT - Very happy - (but then we laughed too much as the doc fell off his car with a big crash) - go back in 6 months
Overall a busy, but good day.
