Fun at the Wildlife Santuary

We have spent a few hours here and there at the Currumbin Wildlife Santuary
and i am sure we will be spending more time there over the coming year.

We found the kangaroos








but what is more interesting then the kangaroos?
Ducks & Pigeons of course


we went back this weekend and found more kangaroos










oh yeah, there was a few birds just waiting for Rebecca to chase them








we waited around for the lorikeet feeding
and had a few birds land on our plate,
at first Bec look worried, but seemed to enjoy herself
she kept trying to touch them, was really cute.








then the "naughty" bird flew onto Bec's head, it was so funny, she was yelling at it.

Bec was sick during the week,
high temps, the runs & lethargic, diagnosed with 48 hour virus.
so to keep her cool and air her bottom, had her wearing a singlet and shorts without a nappy, the shorts obviously didnt fit without the nappy


When I grow up, I wanna be a plumber :)








Also during the week, we went to the shopping centre to see Alex from Madagascar 2


she was running away from Alex, so he chased her, she was yelling BYE BYE and waving, and giggling
